Reasons to Work With a Professional Real Estate Advisor

There are numerous reasons you should carefully select the person that is going to help you buy or sell a home. Realtors are constantly bombarding the world with advertising and talking about how hard they work, how many houses they sell, etc. I understand this. We are small business owners and need to market ourselves. However, it is important ensure you are being represented by someone truly looking out for your best interests.

A quality real estate professional will spend hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars out of pocket to market your home before it is even listed. This is in the form of professional photography (an absolute must), virtual tours, staging consultations, professional marketing brochures, and online advertising, just to name a few. If an agent is not offering this on your largest asset, why not? We do this for every house, $100,000 or $1 million.

This is a key reason I carry the title of real estate advisor. It is a simple, but incredibly important distinction. It isn’t just about selling homes, but also creating a customized experience for each client.

What are the benefits?

  • Honest assessment of your home’s value and how long it might take to sell based on various scenarios.
  • A home buying process catered to your situation and focused on your goals.
  • Expectations from the start and constant communication throughout.
  • A well-staged and marketed home will sell for more and in less time, that is an undisputed fact.
  • Someone working every step of the way to make the process as hassle free as possible, negotiating for your best interests.
  • From initial consultation, to offers, to all of the steps until closing, to the continued relationship after closing, this is a major process. We are professionals that take our job as seriously as the commitment you are making to buy or sell a home.

How do I decide?

  • Talk to family and friends that have recently bought or sold a home. Ask them questions about their experience. How responsive was agent? Were they pushy? Patient? Did they educate me on the process in the beginning and throughout? Were they honest?
  • Go online and Google/Facebook them. It is worth doing a little research. The stakes are too high. Find out how they present themselves personally and professionally. Read their reviews. Would this be a good fit?
  • Or, just call me! 🙂

Luxury as an Experience

The focus isn’t about price. It always centers around a custom luxury experience, for every client, no matter what price point.

Annual appreciation events – Our clients deserve luxury treatment

What I have found most impressive is that this focus on luxury is done by leaders and advisors that are humble, generous, and authentic. It has nothing to do with status or recognition. The goal and reason for doing this job is to positively impact the lives of those you work with and develop relationships that last a lifetime.

What does this mean to you when working with a real estate advisor?

  • Marketing that includes virtual tours, professional photographs, staging consultations, and comprehensive online advertising. Your house will be marketed like a mansion, no matter what.
  • APPRECIATION!
  • My marketing budget is focused on thanking you, highlighting your property, and giving back to the community, not showcasing me.
  • Events to show thanks
  • Thanksgiving pies
  • Hand written notes
  • Bows on doors
  • So much more! You need to experience it firsthand!

If you have put your trust in me to help during this important process, I appreciate that trust so much. It is not taken lightly.
